FG 沸腾干燥机

FG FLUID-BED DRYER

★应用概述 :General of applications

机适用于粉末或颗粒的干燥，速度为一般烘箱的 10-20 倍。
The machine is suitable for drying powder or granule. In
general, its speed is 10 ～ 20 times of oven.

★设备特点：Features of equipment

本设备混合、干燥过程在同一设备内完成。质热传递快，在封闭负压下操作，无粉尘飞扬，设备无死角，清洗彻底，无交叉污染，加热可采用蒸汽或电热。
采用抗静电过滤材料，滤袋升降以气动方式操作，操作安全，满足 GMP 卫生规范要求。
The mixing and drying of the equipment can be finished in same equipment. The transfer of mass and heat is quick. Because of operation at negative pressure, there is no flying dust. The equipment has no dead corner. It can clean is fully and without cross pollution. Its heating may use steam, or electric heater. It adopts antistatic filtering material. The lift of filtering bag adopts pneumatic operaton. So the operation is safe. It meets the requirements of GMP
